Rab Govil is a recognized thought leader in the marketing and digital print industry. He serves as President of PODi, the largest worldwide community of companies focused on growing demand for applications powered by digital print. Rab is also the founder of several ventures including Caslon & Company, Inc., which manages PODi and is the leading analyst firm in the multi-channel marketing and digital printing arena. He is founder and CEO of Naehas, provider of an on-demand marketing platform which Fortune 500 companies use to automate and optimize marketing campaigns. Rab has also been an investor in several startups in the marketing and software industry, including Nimblefish Technologies.

Marc Fors, Co-Founder, Enthusem

growing successful web applications for print. Prior to Co-founding Enthusem.com, Marc was Chairman of Printable Technologies Inc. of
San Diego, a leader in variable data technology for the desktop and
the web. He also has served as President CEO of httprint Inc. of San Francisco, an early pioneer in web-to-print and print-outsourcing.

Marc began his career with Donnelley as Corporate Marketing Director and later as Vice President of Consumer Magazines in New York. As
one of the founders of Maxwell Graphics, and its Executive Vice President, he helped build Maxwell Graphics through acquisition and organic growth to over $950 million in revenue and complete its sale to Quebecor in 1990.

In reality a frustrated copy-writer, Marc has spent a career believing that print, even in a Web 2.0 world, has an essential role in the marketing mix, and despite all the advances, is still far more complicated than it really has to be. Enthusem is his opportunity to make good on that vision.

Tom McDermott, President, Shoot it!

with 6 start-ups under his belt, including two in the print-on-demand space; AmazingMail and now Shoot it!, LLC. However, most of Tom’s technology years were spent consulting and teaching numerous organizations how to think outside the box. And, after traveling and teaching around the world for a number of years, and going back to AmazingMail in 2006 for another stint, Tom decided it was time to develop global mobile-to-mail and distributed print and mail solutions and services. Shoot it! for the iPhone launched on August 2nd, 2009, with Shoot it! for the Blackberry right behind it, and Shoot it! is now available on Android and Windows Mobile devices as well. With print and mail production partners around the globe, Shoot it! automatically routes mail to a PSP closest to the recipient - delivering mail much more efficiently and cost-effectively. Tom continues to think outside of the box and enjoys sharing his ideas.

A digital printing and publishing pioneer and marketing expert, Barbara Pellow helps companies develop multi-media strategies that ride the information wave. She has assisted companies in areas such as creating strategies to launch new products, building strategic marketing plans, and educating their sales force on how to deliver an effective value proposition. Pellow brings the knowledge and skills to help companies expand and grow their business opportunities.

Before joining InfoTrends, Pellow was the Chief Marketing Officer of Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, where she was responsible for all marketing activities for the division, including business strategy, marketing communications, public relations, marketing intelligence, and advertising strategy. Prior to joining Kodak, Pellow was the Gannett chair in integrated publishing sciences in Rochester Institute of Technology's (RIT) School of Printing Management and Sciences (SPMS). As chair, Barb focused on the relationship between traditional paper-based media and emerging electronic new media. Previously, she served as Corporate Vice President of Marketing for IKON Office Solutions; Corporate Vice President of Marketing for Indigo; Vice President and General Manager for the Xerox Document Production Systems Group; and Director of the On Demand Printing and Publishing Service at CAP Ventures, an internationally known firm specializing in the digital document and Print-On-Demand industry.
 
Mark Bardusch, Sales and Marketing Manager of Extended

Mark is the National Sales and Marketing Manager of Extended Service Business at Ford Motor Company. In this role he is responsible for all sales and marketing activates and results related to Ford’s Extended Service Business including Ford ESP.

During his 25 years at Ford, Mark has held a variety of executive level positions both domestically and internationally, including Vice President of Ford Motor Company Philippines and Director, Asia-Pacific Vehicle Personalization based in Thailand. During his time in Asia, he served governmental appointments including a term as a member of Philippine President Joseph Estrada's Thai/Philippine Business counsel. He also
testified before the Philippine Senate on Automotive Safety and Sales Practices. To promote American Corporations abroad Mr. Bardusch served as a member of the American Chamber of the Philippines Transportation Committee.

Mr. Bardusch has an extensive background in designing, implementing and managing a variety of automotive programs and initiatives focused on product sales, multichannel marketing, new product development, customer retention and service level improvement. Mark earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing with a Finance Minor from State University of New York.

Jeff is vice president of Marketing and Product Development at Budco, a leading fulfillment and direct marketing organization. He has been in the marketing communications industry for over 20 years and has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, product development and operations management. He is well versed in all aspects of fulfillment operations, design and execution of multichannel direct marketing programs, print production management and contact center operations. His experience spans a number of vertical industries including manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, health care and consumer packaged goods. With formal training in creative thinking and problem solving methodologies, he helps teams understand and implement innovation as a defined business process to drive growth. Jeff earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Debora joined IWCO Direct as Vice President of Marketing in February 2000. She is a frequent contributor to direct marketing publications including DM News and Target Marketing. She has also presented at industry events including PODi AppForum, National Postal Forum, MAILCOM, DM Days NY, and the Envelope Manufacturers Association Manufacturers Summit. Prior to joining IWCO Direct she spent nine years with Banta Corporation where she served as a key contributor in the direct marketing segment.

He is an entrepreneur who has built profitable service businesses based on the intersection of digital hardware and laser technology, software (many generations and applications), direct marketing response requirements and the increased use of versioning and personalized communication in all media.
Benjamin Allen, Director of Marketing Services, Direct Connect Group

Ben Allen manages the Marketing Services team at Direct Connect Group (DCG) a national marketing services provider. His team takes a non-traditional “value-add” approach by helping clients optimize their direct marketing campaigns through lead generation and conversion strategy development, list research and acquisition as well as results and analysis reporting. Prior to joining DCG West, Ben spent ten years developing and executing marketing plans in both agency and client-side roles. He has spent time at agencies including DDB Direct, Foote Cone and Belding, The Integer Group and most recently was Director of Marketing for Exclusive Resorts luxury destination club in Denver, Colorado.
Waleed Ashoo, President & CEO, LithExcel

Waleed is president and chief executive officer, Lithexcel Communications Services Provider. The Albuquerque, N.M. firm is a leader in applying today’s digital presses and software to enable new communications services that provide a high return on investment for customers and a high margin to the provider. Waleed also serves as chairman of the board of directors of DICE, the Digital Imaging Customer Exchange, an independent users group for owners of high-end digital color presses. He has been in digital and graphic communications since 1977 and is a frequent speaker and round-table leader at industry conferences.
Linda Bishop, President, Thought Transformation

Sales expert, Linda Bishop is an author, speaker and president of Thought Transformation, a national sales consulting organization. She sold commercial printing for seventeen years and was Vice President of Marketing at IPD Printing, a RR Donnelley Company before founding her firm. She has an undergrad degree in accounting from Purdue and an MBA in marketing from Georgia State. Her book, "Selling in Tough Times," has been called timely by Richard Cosier, Dean of Purdue University's Krannert School of Business. Linda is a passionate supporter of the industry, believes in the power of variable print, and uses it to market her own firm.
David Bradford, Lab Production Supervisor, ASU Print & Imaging Lab

David joined ASU Print & Imaging Lab as the web-to-print “ASU Print Online” Administrator. His main function was designing user friendly templates for ASU customers to order their business stationary online. Today David is the Production Manager, responsible for training and the day-to-day production. With his nineteen year background in commercial printing, David brings extensive knowledge and experience of all the printing presses housed at ASU Print & Imaging Lab. He is dedicated in teaching students how to operate equipment and software to better prepare them for industry. David started his printing career by attending the Graphic Arts program at East Valley Institute of Technology and has developed in to a cutting edge digital print expert.
Willie Brennan, Founder, Custom Print Now

Willie is founder of Custom Print Now, a company offering the next-generation of web to print services. He has a unique combination of experience, with over 25 years in the printing industry, and 12 years in the technology industry selling software, database and web applications. His expertise includes the development of software, database and infrastructure of web-to-print technology, and for the past 12 years he has been selling and implementing custom web-based marketing solutions. He is a renowned speaker for PIA/GATF, the Graphic Communications Association, DMAW and PSDA.
Anna Chagnon, President & CEO, Bitstream Inc.

At the helm of Bitstream Inc., President and CEO Anna M. Chagnon and her executive management team at Bitstream Inc. (NASDAQ: BITS) are successfully making digital and Web-based communications compelling in the wireless browsing, publishing, and font technology markets. Chagnon was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2003. Prior to that, she held the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel. Under her leadership, the company has been named by The Boston Globe to The Globe 100 list of fastest growing companies in New England and by Fortune Small Business as one of the fastest growing public companies. Tim Cooper, Founder & Principal, The Consulting Garage

Tim is a highly regarded publishing expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in a variety of roles from the retail floor to the corporate boardroom. Tim founded the Consulting Garage in 2008 and has since helped companies of all sizes address business challenges of many types. Prior to the Consulting Garage, Tim worked for Harcourt for almost 15 years in management positions, including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Harcourt Trade and Director of Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply for Harcourt Education. While at Harcourt, Tim was recognized as a pioneer in applying digital print capabilities to improve book publishing operations, working with both printers and equipment manufacturers to find solutions for Educational and Trade publishing challenges.
Bart Foreman, President, Group 3 Marketing

Bart is President of Group3 Marketing, a full-service direct marketing agency that provides strategic planning, concept development and program execution for customer focused, database-driven relationship-marketing programs. Foreman has a diversified record of accomplishments with major packaged goods and marketing service firms. He holds an economics degree from The University of Michigan and an MBA from DePaul University. He is the immediate past Chair of the Direct Marketing Association’s CRM Council and an annual guest lecturer at the University of St Thomas. Foreman is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, focusing on the power of direct marketing to build organic brand growth.
Katie Gilstrap, Senior VP & Director of Marketing, First Market Bank

In her role as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for First Market Bank, Katie oversees advertising, merchandising, public relations, community outreach, product pricing, development and management, customer behavior analysis, social networking and communications strategies. Before joining First Market Bank, Katie served as Senior Business Analyst for Ukrop’s Super Markets in Richmond, Virginia. Serge Grichmanoff, Director of Business Development, Kodak

Serge is the Director of Business Development - Integrated Campaign Management with Kodak and is the leading authority in the application of integrated modeling techniques to multi-channel marketing solutions. After a successful career as a statistician developing predictive models with Applied Marketing Statistics, Serge became the Senior Research Scientist for the Institute for Market Statistical Analysis where he entrenched the concept of response and penetration models in place of generic segmentation systems. Kim Gross, Director of Sales & Marketing, Pacesetter Enterprises

Kim graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Upon graduation she was hired by Pacesetter Enterprises to lead their cross-channel marketing division, and has played an intregal part of transitioning the company from a commodity based print house to a value based solutions provider. Several of the projects she has led have received top awards at the annual DICE conference and have generated 'best practices' in how to integrate social media with current cross-channel marketing tactics.

With 38 years in Graphic Communications and Technology endeavors, John has acquired extensive industry knowledge, applied experience, and worldwide market exposure, uniquely qualifying him in the graphic arts and technology industries. From 2007-Present, John has been the Co-developer of the Canon Essential Business Builder Program, providing business and market development tools and mentoring services for Canon imagePRESS users. John has served as a Director on the Boards of Printing Industries of America and NPES, The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technology and Solutions.
John Kastner, VP of Corp. Marketing Communications, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

John is a communications leader and strategic thinker with tactical know-how and more than 20 years of success in integrated marketing communications, public relations, marketing, business and technical writing, advertising, sales promotion and event and lifestyle marketing. He holds degrees from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and Towson University
Al Kennickell, President, Kennickell Print & Global

Al joined the family business right after graduation from The Citadel and purchased it from family members in 1981. At the time of the purchase the company was relatively small with sales under $3 Million. Al has grown the business to many times its size at the time of the purchase. Along the way Kennickell became the first commercial printer in North America to achieve ISO 9000 certification in 1994. Kennickell as been active in variable data print, multi-channel marketing, Print on Demand programs and the retail sales of personalized products for many years. Kennickell Print & Global is one of the worlds largest producers of personalized framed prints, producing these for the NFL, MLB, NHL and a number of catalogs and independent retailers. The Kennickell Group is now into its 4th generation of the Kennickell family with the addition of Kacey and Trip Kennickell.
Kevin Klein, Director of Production Intelligence Consulting, Pitney Bowes

In his current role, Kevin leads a team of consultants who work with managers and executives of large volume print and mail operations to architect solutions to broad and complex operational and business problems. TransPromo has become a key area of focus and expertise as Kevin works with customers to increase the value of the customer communication. Kevin is a frequent speaker at industry events including Xplor, Mailcom, the National Postal Forum, the InfoTrends TransPromo Summit and others. His previous career steps included manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing positions with Westinghouse Electric, General Electric and Emerson Electric. Kevin graduated from the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a BS in Industrial Technology and Education.
Jaime Klemcke, Marketing Director, QuantumDigital, Inc.

Jamie brings 11 years of interactive and traditional marketing experience to her position at QuantumDigital. As the marketing director, Jamie is responsible for overseeing all marketing communications including consumer market research, print and online advertising, tradeshows and events, input into web site design, email marketing, educational webinars and video creation. Prior to joining QuantumDigital in 2004, Jamie was a Client Service Manager and Senior Project Manager for imc2, an interactive agency in Dallas, Texas. Her brand experience spans across the real estate, ad agency, consumer package goods, franchise marketing, pharmaceutical, financial and hospitality industries. Jamie's team was awarded a silver and bronze award this year by the National Association of Printing Leaders for excellence in lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
Mike Kyle, Digital Marketing Specialist, Pace Litho

Mike is a graduate of Arizona State University with an Engineering degree in Graphics Communication. Mike has spent over 25 years in the printing and interactive industries. Addicted to data, Mike knows what it takes to make "good marketing" happen.
John Lacagnina, President & CEO, ColorCentric

ColorCentric is a leading provider of a digital printing operating system (DPOS) and digital production system (DPS) that enables its customers to deliver over 200 different printed products from their unique content in a quantity of one under their brand.

Before ColorCentric, John co-founded and was President and CEO of Electronic Demand Publishing, Inc. (EDP) in 1992. He led its growth to a multi-national document management company with 5 manufacturing facilities in the USA and 1 in Europe. Kinko’s acquired Electronic Demand Publishing in March 1997 and changed its name to Corporate Document Solutions, a division of Kinko's.

Prior to founding EDP, John founded Entire, Inc. Entire developed the “world's first” Postscript RIP and still provides print server solutions today. John also founded Quality Measurements Systems and Excel Information Systems. Quality Measurements Systems was also awarded with the “world's first” for the design and development of the first portable digital micrometer in 1976. He has over 34 years experience in the computer industry and 22 years in the digital printing business. He holds patents in color xerography, digital measurement systems and digital laser measuring devices.
Peter Lancaster, Director, W2P

Peter has 30 years of technology deployment experience in graphic arts, digital print management, and online workflow solutions. Using his extensive knowledge of web-to-print and VDP environments, W2P was set up to provide both strategic and operational expertise for today’s rapidly changing market. He has helped clients deploy web-to-print systems for some household name clients in the retail, financial, healthcare and leisure markets. Prior to W2P, Peter served as MD of St Ives Graphic Media in the UK, Europe’s largest Printing business and a leading provider of one-to-one marketing communications and e-procurement solutions for digital print. He was also MD of GDI, which launched Europe’s first web-to-print system for stationery products. His clients included Freeserve, BT, AOL, Sky Sports, Barclays Bank and Boots.
John Leininger, Professor, Clemson University

John Leininger is a Professor in the Department of Graphic Communications at Clemson University. He began his teaching career in 1978 and has been at Clemson since 1986. He received his Doctorate in Vocational Technical Education from Clemson University in 1991. He has taught courses in flexography, lithography, digital printing, inks and substrates as well as the department’s management class dealing with estimating, planning, equipment purchasing, cost analysis, and plant layout. He makes a point to travel out into the industry for plant visits, to attend conferences and present technical training around the country. John has presented at 10 technical conferences this past year and has conducted hands-on training with a traveling VDP Training Consortium over 90 times in the past three years training over 1,500 people on how to work with Variable Data Printing. John tries to develop his training and presentations in keeping with the Department of Graphic Communication’s Mission Statement: To develop dedicated, practical problem solving people for the printing, publishing, imaging, packaging and allied industries.
David Lowndes, Director of Product Development, Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services

David has been with Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services since the inception of the Austin, Texas Fulfillment Center in late 2001. Prior to his position with Iron Mountain, David was employed with an integrated call and fulfillment center where he held positions as Vice President of Strategic Development; Director of Client Services; and, Account Director. David also held a variety of management positions in his native country, England. As the Director of Product Development, David’s primary responsibilities include: researching and implementing industry best practices; expanding product lines and services; developing pricing models; client acquisition and retention. David has also published numerous articles on fulfillment, digital print, and communication optimization and is a frequently requested public speaker.
John Mahoney, President, The Mahoney Company

John is guiding his company in pioneering relevant, consistent, multi-channel marketing campaigns that cut through the clutter to reach target markets and provide outstanding results. John helps the company harness new technology, such as its evolutionary marketing solution, Bloom, which enables clients to have a thousand conversations with customers at once. Robin is known for her unique ability to balance strategic business thinking, a creative marketing approach, and engagement with partners and communities to develop and deliver solid plans and programs that drive revenue, increase market share, grow customer loyalty, and build community. From 1996-2008, Tobin worked at Adobe Systems Inc. as Principal Manager of Print Industry Marketing in the Creative Solutions and Print Technologies Business Units. She has served on the Printing Industries of America’s eBusiness and Digital Printing Council Advisory Boards, Print on Demand Initiative Marketing Advisory Board, CIP4 Marketing Working Group, Ghent Working Group Marketing Advisory Council, Clemson University’s Advisory Board, NYU’s Graphic Communication School Advisory Board, and Celplay Media’s Board of Directors.

Tobin holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a master of business administration from Clark University. She has worked in the design and print industries for over 25 years. Prior to joining Adobe, Tobin held several management and technical positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Hewlett-Packard in Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Software Engineering.
Troy VanDyke, VP of Sales & Marketing, Darwill

Jim Young, Owner/VP of Sales, Proforma Multi-Media Marketing

Jim Young, a 22-year printing and mailing industry veteran, is the Owner of Proforma Multi-Media Marketing, a Marketing Services & Promotions Company. Young previously held the position of Director of Sales & Digital Solutions at Heeter Direct. Prior to joining Heeter Direct he served as Vice President and General Manager for 5 years at MSP Digital Direct where he sold and managed a state-of-the-art Print on Demand, Fulfillment & Content Management program for Bose Corporation. Dave Zamorski, COO, Associates Graphic Services

An entrepreneur at heart, Dave started his own digital printing company in 1998, DocuSource, which soon became the area's leading provider of digital and variable data printing. When AGS purchased DocuSource, Dave stayed on to grow and nurture the cutting-edge digital solutions division.
